1. How do I place an order?
Browse our categories and select the product you want.
Click Add to Cart.
Go to your Cart and click Proceed to Checkout.
Enter your shipping details and choose your payment method.
Confirm your order – you’ll receive a confirmation email.
2. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are shipped.
Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll email you a tracking link.
You can also log in to your account → My Orders → Track.

1. How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on location.
2. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within Pakistan.
Returns & Refunds
1. What is your return policy?
We offer an Easy 6-Day Return Policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 6 days of receiving it.
2. How do I request a return?
Go to My Account → Orders → Request Return, or contact our support team.
Pack the item securely and send it back with the provided return label.
3. When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
